Select Homes is owned by Warren and Marie Gaylor, and operates in the greater Waikato area.

At Select Homes we pride ourselves on the fact that we are a local Hamilton owned and operated business using local contractors and suppliers are much as possible. Warren and Marie are both Hamilton born and bred so know the local environment and the Waikato lifestyle well and have used this knowledge combined with over 20 years of local building experience to design their homes to suit the environment we live in.

We offer a personal service when dealing with our clients and are always happy and willing to help you achieve your dream home.
