Master Build guarantee
Select Homes is a registered master builder, and we offer the seven-year Master Build guarantee on all homes built which covers workmanship as well as materials. Some builders offer guarantees but these are of little value if they go out of business or are unwilling to meet their obligations.

Where do you measure the floor area to?
Select Homes measure all our plans to the framing line to give a true and accurate floor area of your home, ensuring you are not misled about the true size of the new home being built.

What is included in the price?
At Select Homes we pride ourselves on the fact that all our prices are for the complete house package including all the fittings and appliances as per the plans the specifications. Should you wish to change any items we are more than happy for this to be done (allowing for any price differences).

Can I alter the plans?
Should you build with Select Homes it is a simple process to alter our standard plans to suit your lifestyle or we can start from scratch and come up with an original plan at a small design fee.

Design and Build
Should you be unable to find a suitable plan from our range (which we can alter to suit your requirements), we can design an original plan incorporating your ideas and budget, with no cost to you should you build with Select Homes.

Fixed contract price
When you build with Select Homes, you can be assured that the contract price is the price you will be charged. If there is a price increase of materials during the construction of your home we will absorb these costs.

Quality
With our experience we have learnt that we are better to use the best quality materials and subcontractors for our homes. This ensures your new Select Home is of the highest quality which, along with the seven-year Master Build guarantee, will ensure your investment in your new home is protected.

Finance
We can help organise your finance up to 95% of your building project. (Normal lending criteria apply).
